Venue Terms


Decorating and set up will be allowed only after 9:00AM on the day the Park Ballroom is leased.  Any other time, there will be a charge of $50.00 per hour, available only if there is no function scheduled. Please be aware that any event, other than yours may be scheduled up to two days before the date of your event. Please call Ballroom personnel for continued availability.

All decorations supplied by the decorator must be taken down and taken out of the ballroom the same day or evening of the event.

No tape on walls, tables, railings, or floors is permitted.

No glitter or confetti allowed.

Tacks may be used, but only in seams of the paneling.

If tables and chairs are moved, they must be returned to their original position by the end of the evening, or a fee will be charged.

Decorations owned by the Park Ballroom shall not be moved or altered in any way. Fees may be charged for any unauthorized alteration or removal.

Candles must be enclosed.
